Most standard european double stack ,ags can be made to work with the XD, S&W 59s, Beretta or SiG. But the stock 40s seem to work best.

xd 40 mags with a feed lip adjustment. guy sells em on the hs board i got 2 40 mags the other day

the beretta mags will work, but you have to modify the hole in the mag to work on the XD. the beretta will also bave a gap between the grip and the mag bottom. this would cause breakage to the ejector if you slam the mags in too hard enough times.
