Really nice, almost new condition, I'd offer 2/3-3/4 of what a new one would cost. Your buddy won't like that very much, but that's a realistic price range.
He wouldn't get that much selling it to a dealer, you said yourself that you could buy a new PT92 for what he's asking. The PT92AF is a good gun, I like mine just fine. Don in Ohio |

A couple years ago I bought a fix me upper for $150 really a worn down blue, took it to get a brushed chrome look, one of the most reliable guns I had just a little too big for CCW in Florida.....

350 seems high. Ive seen new ones at TX shows for right at 300.
