I'm looking for something that is between CCW and an open duty holster. I'm going on a camping trip with my family this year last year the Minotaur was on my hip worked well until we went hiking or in water! I feel that my blackhawk holster stick out to much and when I have it on it feels more like a duty rig always sticking out with my Glock 22 and I don't want everyone to know I carry but I don't want something that does not allow me to move as well

I'm looking for that happy in between does not need to be so ccw but does not need to be a duty rig.  One that would allow me to move around but not make my pistol stick out as much. Any advice?

I have that holster and really like it.

But if your going to get wet then I suggest a full kydex pancake style like a Raven or something similar

Definatley Kydex.

I would recommend a Comp Tac Belt Holster, 15 degree cant.
I have some of these holsters in the paddle configuration.  They ride very close in but still have a clean draw with full grip access.
I'm sure the belt version would be just as good if not better.

Belt Holster

Belt loop span is around 4" so wide enough to distribute the weight but narrow enough not to hinder movement.
They typically deliver within 7-10 days.

Definitely check out Bianchi, its a big company and they're almost always in stock somewhere if time is short, I have a Classified, snap loops so you don't have to remove your belt to don it, and convertable to IWB, though with a large gun not ideal for that. Its a thumbreak as I prefer some positive retention when tromping thru the woods or wading which increases the chances of snagging or falling. Its also synthetic lined so it won't hold moisture against the gun should you get rained on or dunk it.
