Just purchased a real lady -
70 series Colt combat commander blue, only problem is the fellow who sold it to me >
Put white out on the sightshinking.gif ffs
What do you fellas thing is the safest way to remove the stuff?

If it is really white out, as in Liquid Paper, then any solvent safe to clean your gun with should remove it.

try carb cleaner, I once dunked a field stripped Browning HP in a bucket of Gunk thinking it'd be a fast way to clean the gun....it removed the factory white paint on the front sight, oops

Thanks guys - i used some CLP and a old toothbrush.
Let it soak then scrubbed for about 30sec's - It came off nice.
