I was walking my fence line the other day and came across this laying in the mud. Not quite sure if its real or a replica or honestly anything about it. Ive looked up flint lock pistols and i cant find a fake version or a real version that has the turn knob on the top. Anyways all help appreciated thanks.

its a lighter, i have one just like it. unscrew the cap at the muzzle for lighter fluid.

eta: knob on back unscrews, holds the flint.
