My luck with it has been hit and miss. The orange works great for the front sight but the green doesnt work as well on the rears for me. YMMV
It did work well on the front sight of a Mini 14 though. |

I bought some orange glow in the dark at a craft store. is it as good as night sights? no, but it's better than the stock sights on my glock. I like the orange better than the original white for normal day shooting too

I will be picking up some paint from "anothergene". He had a good tip as well that I should pass along, mix some epoxy with the paint and it will be more durable, also make sure you fill in the sight all the way...flush. That way no dirt will collect in the sights.
