If I take a set of TFO's off a 9mm glock and put them on a glock 21 (45acp), how much difference in impact will I see and will it be too much?

Will they even fit?

According to my Armorer Manual, they should fit just fine.

You need a different tool to install them, due to the size of the slide (the 21 is bigger).

My guess is POA/POI should be about the same, or very close.  Keep in mind, there is variation, even among the same model / caliber.
