I had a Ghost  Rocket Trigger kit installed by King Glock at the funshow this weekend in West Palm beach..... WOW!  I have never felt a trigger this nice in a Glock before. They do a great job and they are nice people. He said he could bring it all the way down to 2 pounds but I am kind of new to IDPA and IPSC and I don't want any accidential discharges so I kept it at 3 lbs 4 oz. The reset is around .060 not measured, I am just guessing and there is little or no over travel. FYI This is a competition only gun.
