I know this has probably been beat to death, but how much bigger is the grip on a 21? I have a 19 and a 23, I know its bigger , but how much?? Bigger than a P226 grip??? I just have the hi-cap .45 fever and I like Glocks. Its either it or hold out for the XD 45acp.

In handgun terms . . . . . it's significant.

I plan on eventually getting both. The G21, then the XD 45.

strangely I am able to get a better grip on a 21 than a Beretta M9

I don't know what it is about Glocks. They just don't feel comfortable to me. Berettas, Sigs, and 1911's all do.

well sigs duh. i think part of it is the flat sides of the glock grips. they just don't fill your hand the way other pistols do.

I have rather large hands and i just did not shoot my G21 much until i had a grip reduction done on it. Now its about 92FS territory and fun to shoot.

How much trouble is it to get down to your local gun-store or gun-show and pick one up for yourself?

Well Mr Wilson, picking one up and fondling it is somewhat different than shooting one. There are no ranges where I live that rent guns, so I ask for input here.
