On one of my magazines that came with my new 20SF, the divot on one side up near the feed lips is partially holed through to the metal.  That won't be enough of an issue to cause a weak point that might fracture over a long period of time, would it?

Certain generations of mag bodies have that mold mark.

It's perfectly normal, and you won't experience any cracking.

Both mags have the marks, but only one has a hole one one side of the divot that goes all the way through to the metal, and it's only on one side of that one magazine.

Some of mine are like that as well.

Don't worry about it.
