They are marked 31, but the +2 extension makes them 33.
The Glock flat base pad fits the Scherer, getting them back to 31 again, but if you chamber a round, along with the 31 in the magazine, that may be illegal the way the law is written.
No more than 31 rounds without reloading, would put you over.
Even without chambering that 32nd round, there may be a problem because it is still capable of shooting more than 31 times without reloading and could be classified an MG by Ohio law.
The now dead federal law did not count the chamber as 11 shots with the 10 round mags.
Sure, drums and larger than 30 round mags are sold in Ohio, you just can't use them legally, kinda like fireworks.
