I took delivery of a belt holster from CC back in December as a gift for a family member.
The retention was excessively tight to the point where the gun belt would ride up along with the holster during a draw.

I only recently sent an email to Bruce Weiler at CC who asked me to send it in for adjustment. He received it, fixed the issue and sent it back out to me the same day.

The retention is perfect now and...kudos to CC for outstanding customer service.
