Does anyone have any suggestions for equipment for Concealed Carry while Cycling/Mountain Biking?

I was thinking about something like a fanny pack or a drop leg back like THIS

I put my G26 in a belly band when cycling or my J frame in a discontinued Eagle Industries fanny pack made for the j frame.

Or something like this from Maxpedition

Something like this, or appendix carry. Swingset once said that he carries AIWB on his motorcycle to prevent a broken hip should he fall. Makes sense.

When I cycled I used a DeSantis fanny pack. It's a smaller version and my G26 or J-Frame fit just fine. It was actually reasonably quick to deploy. Reasonably quick that is. I usually wore it around on the front. It didn't interfere with wearing my Camelback either.

I know Camelback makes one that has a compartment on the bottom for a gun but have no experience with it.

I can let the DeSantis pack go. PM if interested.

To me, riding and needing to shoot are two different options.

If you envision yourself getting into a rolling gunfight while riding, I can't help you.

If you are looking for having a gun while you are stopped and off the bike, then yes.  Who knows where you'll be when you get a flat, are taking a rest, etc.  A fanny pack works for this, especially a dedicated gun pack.  I normally carry in the back pouch of a Camelbak.  Not the quickest method, but it is a way to carry all the gear you'll need and have it with you.

Does FL have open carry?

I've got a Pistol Wear (.com) PT-ONE that I use for cycling.  Basically a fancy belly band.  Gets a little uncomfortable after a couple hours with my mid-sized gun, but is perfectly fine with my compact.

This. I did it in a tee shirt and shorts last week. Wasn't uncomfortable at all, and my group never even noticed my gun even though they rode directly behind me

Use my regular IWB setup.  Although I do not wear spandex, riding shorts, or stuff like that.

I use the Wilderness Safepacker and love it.

If I'm off the bike I usually hang my gloves off the carabiner so it looks like part of my bike gear.

Sheeple safe and easy to draw from.

I used to use a belly band and it concealed great under a jersey.  Any bulge from the grip just looked like something in my jersey pocket. Now that it is warmer I have a camelbak, but it does not have gun pouch.    For now I'm choosing water over my gun for my desert rides, but I'm super interested in what others are doing.  I've resorted to pepper spray mounted on my handlebars, as it's better than nothing.

no leg chaffing?  does it slap around (annoyance rather than irritation)?

Nope.  It fits tight to my belt and doesn't bother me at all.

I ride rail to trail bike trail often doing 50 miles at a time with no discomfort.
