I have a Colt .25 Automatic pistol that was made in the early 70s.  It looks kind of like this one:



The gun has a problem where the barrel will rotate while firing and the slide will lock back on the barrel.  The barrel has a set of grooves that rotate in a set of grooves on the frame to allow the barrel to be removed during field stripping.  Here is a picture of removing the barrel:

Has anyone ever ran across this problem with this type of pistol?  Any recommendations for tightening the grooves connection between the barrel and frame?
