Bar-Sto, easily. They're what the Big Boys run in their race guns. If it's good enough for a $7-10,000 race gun, it should be good enough for a Delta, IMO.

Definitely a Bar-Sto Wilson barrels aren't the quality that Bar-Sto puts out.

Bar Sto is great but the Kart should also be considered.

I install Kart and KKM the most. Bar-Sto is good too. I guess it comes down to who has a 10mm barrel in stock.

Any of the three are better then a Wilson barrel IMO. The Wilson is a good barrel but Kart KKM and Bar-sto are better.

Before you go thinking you need a RAMPED barrel in Delta and pay all that money to have it Milled for a ramped barrel and refinishing consider replacing it with just a better barrel. This is a KART Barrel in my Delta Elite. Noticed the difference in case support. I've been shooting FULL power Underwood ammo loads all day long and no hiccups or bulged brass.

Kart made one hole groups in my custom 1911s when Burton benched them. I was happy. Bar-Sto makes great barrels but they left an acquaintance of mine holding the bag on a large run of faulty barrels so I decline to give them money as much as I want to buy their products.

Azzkicker, the kart barrel looks so much better than stock and is a great alternative to all the milling work. Thanks for the pics. Will Kart fit it to the pistol? |

I am running Wilson and have been EXTREMELY pleased with it. I went with the match 10mm barrel and had a match bushing fully fitted to it.
Worth EVERY penny and shoots a HELL of a lot better than I can:

I would go Kart or Bar Sto....just out of personal preference. Nothing wrong with Wilson.

I've always been sold on BarSto. Though not the ramped version, my BarSto barrel is still has a lot more case support than factory.
