I mainly run 158grn Fiocchi ammo for 9mm suppressor use. Of course any 147grn subsonic ammo will work fine also.

Sellier & Bellot makes a 140gr subsonic which is the quietest in my SIG & Glock with an AAC Evo 9 can. It's a tad dirty....but quiet.
