The Rowland requires you send the cylinder off to Clarks for machining to accept the 460 Rowland.
Supers are standard size cases.

Personally why rock the boat!  Shoot WNL loads and the gun will last forever!

Cylinder may be too short for Rowland.  Check the AOL of Rowland cartridges then measure the cylinder.  I think a Rowland cyl is longer.

Try shooting the new .45 GAP through it.  Let me know how it works out so I don't have to risk lighting my hair on fire!

Seriously, I think .45GAP will work just fine.

GAP works fine out of my 625 but why bother.  You can also shoot 45 super.
