Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Caliber conversion barrels for Gen 4 Glocks

Are there any compatibilty issues with Storm Lake or Lone Wolf conversion barrels in Gen 4 Glocks?  I'm looking at 9mm barrels for G23 and G27.  Thanks.

From Lone Wolf's website:
PLEASE NOTE: Using this barrel in a Generation 4 Glock may cause malfunctions while using the standard Glock recoil spring assembly. For best results, install a 9mm Glock recoil spring found here: Glock OEM Recoil Assembly , or for even more versatility, use our Gen4 guide rod adapter with our Gen3 guide rods found here: Lone Wolf Adaptors and Guide Rods

Not exactly apples to apples because it's not a conversion barrel, but I've been using an LW threaded barrel in my Gen 4 G17 for 4+ years now.  No problems that I could trace to the barrel.  It works fine.
