What do you recommend for the Glock 19? I need a high quality drop leg holster with good retention. Only requirement is a 1.75" belt loop. I want the best.

Thanks!

Safariland 6004 is really the only way to go for drop legs. There are some other good ones out there but Safariland is the best. You can generally find them used for not a bad price. The 6005 sounds nice but the buckle drops it down to far. There are some mods you can do but I like it with the stock drop leg strap.

Awesome, thanks for the recommendation. Any place in the PHX area that sells them? I would prefer to buy locally.

I don't think anyone here sells them or at least not that i've seen, ordering online will probably be your best bet. I got mine for a Sig 226 online here at the E&E. Ebay has them used as well. Safariland has a great selection of holsters but they are very specific. I would recommend looking here first. Make sure you select the tactical/military selection after you put in the info for it. This will give you the number of what holster you will need. Luckily the G19 doesn't have a lot of variations so it will really depend on what light if any you will have mounted on it though.
