My fiancee looked at a Kimber Aegis II (9mm) today and really liked it. She currently carries a sub-compact XD9 in her purse, but it's too bulky to carry on her body. She thinks the Kimber is slim enough to allow her to carry IWB. I'm all for it if it gets her to carry on the body.

Anyone have any experience with this gun? How does it shoot compared to the sub-compact 9mm guns that have been around a while? Anyone make decent, leather, IWB holsters for it yet?

Also, the mag that came with the gun did not fit flush with the bottom of the grip--it protruded about a half inch when fully seated. Are flush-fitting mags available?

If all's well, we'll go pick it up tomorrow.
