I bought a XD 9 mag from a guy at a range today for 5$, he told me he just sold his and forgot to give the guy the extra mag.  but when I got home and looked at it I saw this lable

That was from before the AWB expired, ur good to go.

No, the guy said he was a retired cop in cleveland so I thought that it was tracted as gov. property.
