Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Adjustable sight adjustments

I've got a Russian high-cap.  I need to adjust the sights.  Does anyone know what each turn of the elevation/windage knobs corresponds to at a given distance?  I can't even remember what the Mak sights are zeroed at, does anyone know?

Sence know one knows I'd just set up on a bench rest and see how it hits on paper and adjust from there to what ever you like. Good luck!
