Hi. I and this other person are trying to swap pistols. We both live in different states and are going to use ffls for trade. There will be no money involved, only hardwares (i.e. handguns).

These are some questions.

1. How do you make a bill of trade? Say something like "so and so agree to trade x for y with so and so person, signed, dated, handgun serial #, ffl address) ?

2. Will the ffl charge double the transfer fee? Like to ship my handgun and transfer in the new pistol?

2. Ship directly to the other FFL. No need to send thru a FFL, only receive.
