Or Glocks in general?

Planning on picking up a new EDC and have narrowed the choices down to a G26 or M&P9c. Both have their +'s and -'s, but for some reason I'm leaning towards 26. Shooting both side by side today at the rental range, I was consistently hitting high with the 26 using a cover hold, which is what I prefer.

Is this a Glock thing, or was it me? Do I need to use a 6 O'clock hold with the factory sights on a G26?

Normally, both Glocks and M&Ps (except for 5" Pros) shoot POA/POI (sight image 2). However, every gun is different, so occasionally you'll get some that hit somewhere else. You'll want to replace the plastic factory Glock sights anyway, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

If you were hitting high with the front sight covering the target (sight image 3) then it was likely shooting POA/POI as designed. You'll need a taller than normal front sight if you prefer the front sight to cover the bullseye (sight image 3).
