What are the pro's and cons to each?

Would like to get one for CCW but also want to target practice reasonably comfortably (not too bad of recoil).

I would like the subcompact but how accurate is it and the how bad is the recoil?

For the service model, is it small enough to be comfortable for CCW? The recoil obviously will be better.

Your opinions please.

I have the service w/ inside waist holster and its a little bulky. I wear more fitting clothes though so if you like bigger stuff you should be fine. If I were to want a primary carry handgun it would be the subcompact

You can also try the pearce extensions. They don't enhance capacity but they do offer that nice little extension for your pinky.
