Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - 1911 barrel install price check

I screwed up the barrel on my Kmber TLE/RL II. I ordered a regular Kart NM barrel and Les Bear (sp) bushing.  What would a compenent gunsmith charge to fit the barrel/bushing?

I had a Kart hard fitted to my SA loaded 6 months ago.  The pistolsmith tightened the slide and installed the barrel for $200.  It took 3 months because he did it in his spare time and the factory was doing lots of ot, but for the price, I didn't complain.
