Gentlemen, I have a 1911A1 Colt, on the right side of the frame, on the tirgger guard is stamped in small letters "81"  anyone know what this means?

Per Clawson's Collector Guide to .45 Service Pistols, Model 1911 and 1911A1. . . . .
That would be the assemblers mark (numbers 1 thru 99). It should be on the upper right side of the trigger guard.
