I'm putting together a Gen 3 Glock 19 upper. The slide is from Aim and the parts are all Glock OEM. The plunger moves freely until I put the firing pin in. With the pin in I feel a slight rub when depressing it and sometimes it sticks halfway down. Any ideas on what could cause this? Thanks

Spring not seated correctly?

Or check the interface with extractor.

Two possibilities to start with.

Seems good with the extractor in but not the firing pin. I've tried reseating the plunger spring a few times. Do you think it might have something to do with the channel liner? I seated it with a tool but it looks like there might be a small piece of plastic like a burr at the end.

Burrs not good.   Does the firing pin rattle when shaken?

You have to turn the spring gently as it's inserted to get it to lock in straight

I'm sure it's rubbing on the firing pin. If I pull back on the pin just a little the plunger moves freely and doesn't stick.
