I recently bought a used P226R with 3 factory 12 round magazines from Impact Guns.  The magazines are all a matte/parkerized type finish, and have the mag ban LE only warning on the front.  I also bought a couple of used 12 rounders from To Gun Supply.  These are a bright blued finish with the same warning on the front face.  Why the different finishes?

Not unusual.  Seen that with several brands.  Can't give a good reason why, but its not at all uncommon for factory mags to go from matte to high polish back to matte and so on.

Another good mag for 30.00 is these sold on Gun Broker .––they function excellent.
