JUST WENT TO HAWAII FOR VACATION..
EVERTHING IS EXPENSIVE THERE..
ESPECAILLY WHEN I PURCHASED PACK OF MARLBORO..IT  COST ME $6.50 WOW...(cost about $4.00 in california average)
WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TO..GAS OVER $3.00 a gallon...
what;s next?

The government should not survive on sin taxes. What does that say about your society? The less income the government has the less stupid programs it can fuck up.

ETA: The only thing local governments should provide are Fire, water and other utilities infrastructure including roads, police, schools and trash.

The private market can handle everything else.
