My ram is a quad cab.  There are 3 seat belts in the back.  The left and right are fine but for the center both parts are on the same side of the center passenger making it impossible to secure the center passenger.  Wtf?

It was built on Monday morning or Friday afternoon.

A dealer should probably fix it for you, warranty or not.

Does it have the shoulder harness that disconnects?  If so, connect it and then it will work as a normal belt..............

I have a 1999 Ram 4X4 as a hunting vehicle, and I will never buy another Chrysler.

Maybe you need to push the buckle under the seat and pull it back up in the right place?
