I can't tell you what it is in your settings that could be blocking you, so ask in the tech support section of GD.  Note that the message that I am getting is hi-lited in bold print below - I sure would appreciate som help, thanks so much!

Not a Firewall.? Maybe I am wrong, but I see stuff and try to hit the "IM USER" button, and when I go thru the whole message thing, including the code, I get this message
