the Dr Pepper thread got me thinking about these three sodas, since they are all also owned by the company that owns Dr Pepper.
I'm primarily a Coca-Cola and Diet Mountain Dew fan but Sun Drop is very tasty and Royal Crown really isn't bad either |

In college there was a local pizza place that had RC at the fountain. Used to go there often.
Squirt is good too on a real hot day. |
|
I don't mind RC, but it's hardly a favorite. Sun Drop can be a nice change of pace on occasion, but I probably only buy a squirt once every 5 years or so.

Every time I see Royal Crown, I remember going to my grandmother's when I was a kid. They always had it. I like it, but not really enough to buy it...but actually I was about to run to the store so maybe I will for old time's sake.

When I drank coke I didn't mind drinking RC , but Dr Pepper was my favorite coke.

Growing up in the south, we mainly had RC Cola and Sun Drop. Sun Drop used to have bits of orange pulp floating around in it. Yum (high caffeine as well.)

The only time that I had RC Cola was while visiting my cousins in Oshkosh. We would get one bottle each on Saturday.
Being a kid from Arizona, this was like going to re-hab. We were used to being jumped up on Sprite, Vernor's, and Coca-Cola while riding BMX bikes and trying to get better at skating all day long. |

I like Sun Drop and Squirt..RC is ok and I like one every once in awhile but its not anything I drink regularly.

I like Sun Drop. It's really refreshing on a hot summer day.

Like them all, but haven't had any of them in the last 6 years or more

Drinking Royal Crown right now. Don't care for Squirt, I worked for Squirtpak back in 1981. They owned Squirt, distributed Vernors , 7UP, Hires and Dr. Pepper in Michigan back then, don't know if they still exist but I couldn't stand any of the pop they carried.

Sun Drop and Squirt are favorites. Squirt is hard to find anymore.

My grandfather worked for them a long time ago and always has a fridge full of RC. I can't find it locally anymore |

I used to like those. especially the RC
haven't seen 'em in a while though I haven't had soda since 2010, so it's not like I'm looking for 'em anyway |

Sun-Drop is the nectar of the Gods. RC is ok, but Coke is better. I've never been a fan of Squirt.
Sun-Drop (or a local bottler) sent my entire TN NG unit an entire PALLET of 12 packs when I was overseas. It was quite glorious. |

When I was a kid if you had a RC Cola and a Moon Pie you were in heaven

Gin and Squirt is a fine meal. Moved to FL in 1980. Used to go to the bars and ask for a gin and squirt. Bartenders always asked "A squirt of what?" Switched to tom collins for a few years until squirt became a regular thing in the area. |
