Does "Taken" count?

How about "Harry Brown"............Micheal Caine as the ex Royal Marine...may not have the movie name right

Man on Fire, he had more imagination, but Law Biding Citizen was slick on its own accord.

There's that one scene in "Running Scared" where the mom rescues the kid from the murdering kiddie diddlers that had me standing up and cheering

Man on Fire was OK, but Law Abiding Citizen sucked.

Offhand, I like Lethal Weapon 2, The Count of Monte Cristo and Taken.

While a deeply flawed film, as revenge goes I think this is the winner.

I still wake up in a cold sweat with nightmares of the bathtub scene.  Watched that movie at an sleepover like 25 years ago (picture 10 twelve year olds staying up all night watching whatever "R" rated movies we could get our hands on.

I never saw Law ABiding Citizen, but any film that involved taping a guys hands to a steering wheel and cutting his fingers off with plant shears or jamming a bomb up a guy's ass takes the cake in my mind.

Wrong, Creasy thought she was dead and was out for revenge until the surprise ending. The book was strictly revenge, as she was found raped and murdered before he woke up in the hospital....

Law Abiding Citizen if the ending could be unfucked.

If Tom Clancy's "Without Remorse" would ever come out & they don't fuck it up, too, it would be epic.

Man on Fire

He actually got the shit done instead of leaving the main objective secure to hug his kid at the end of the film.
