Yah, so, while I'm writing out that book I posted below, someone here submitted a request...our inhouse statistics and statistics graphing software wasn't set up to monitor and graph a server that was installed a couple days ago. So, he submits a request about it, and the sum of the message was the error message the cgi script spits back when it can't find the server he requested stats on:

"Error: Undefined statistics"

So, I opened the ticket, and replied back:

"Thanks for pointing out that error message! I fixed the error message.

It's much clearer now.

Thanks"


The error message now says

"Error: No configuration for that device."

wheee....[;D]
