.223\5.56 and 7.62*39 are always in demand.

More so in the last 2 years than ever.

im talking about military surplus stuff ...so that basically knocks out the 7.62x39 that you mentioned, as we have cheap Wolf at our disposal, ....its just a small blip in the disturbance in shipping (supply/demand) right now....

im taking about  ammo thats here today, gone tomorrow (romanina 8mm, etc)

I try to keep at least a thousand rounds for every caliber I own.
For .22lr I just buy a bunch of bulk packs, so there are many thousands at my disposal, but lets face it, after a while, .22lr doesnt really seem like a firearm....more of an adult bb gun

I keep a lot of both 5.56 and .223 (yes, they are different - buy both - shoot both - observe results - then comment).....I keep .44Mag & .44 special........stockpile pre import ban .303 british in those crumbling old brown cardboard......and a host of other goodies.

Buy what you need.....in bulk

8mm and 7.62X54

Pound for pound the best value out there right now.  Like others have said it won't last forever.

Good .303 is gone,  non-corrosive 30-'06 is going fast .

There is no better therapy for a shitty day than firing a 70 round bandolier through a German or Yugo Mauser.
