well they put it into a fucking console random generator. So I get to play 3 hours and see the map once.
this is just crap. I am sorry if it sounds like I am whining but why would you put something like this in the game and then take it away when it was a major selling point?
fucking Activision.
Is this different than any other map?
Not arguing, just wondering if I could play any other map by choice. I thought for every mode, the map you play is random.
On black ops at least on PC there were 24/7 nuketown servers, but I suppose that without dedicated servers that might not be possible here.
Gotcha. I never played any of the CoDs on PC.
Sorry for the noob question, but then are all games on consoles hosted by other players?
Was wondering why for some games my connection is horrid, and other games it is great...
Basically, yeah. COD's servers figure out who has the best internet connection, and that user/console will host the game. In earlier games, I didn't really feel like the host advantage was all that great to be honest, you could tell a difference, but it wasn't a big one.
In almost every game I've played in Blops 2, the host has a crushing advantage putting shots on someone first. Which I guess is fair, if you spent the bucks for a good connection, you should benefit from it, but pulling host in this game is stupid good.
Anyways, my gripe about Nuketown is that I don't get it in the zombies rotation because I didn't buy the hardened or care package edition. Which I feel is complete and total bullshit, I preordered the game and bought the season pass, that was over $100 total, and whenever it becomes available for download I'll have to buy the Nuketown zombie map? Seriously? I think it may be in the season pass, but come on, let me download it then, I paid for it.
The least they could do is turn the 24/7 Nuketown playlist back on, that at least was fun.
