I've been running twice a day for the last 6 weeks.  Hating life and my knees fucking hurt but I feel great...

Go get a set of 10's, 20's, and 30's dumbells from your local sports store. Start using them. Move up to 50's and 60's, then it's time for a gym membership.

It's actually snowing here!!!  Can't do anything outside.

I'm going to my shop for a 3 mile jog on the treadmill and then lift wieghts for a couple of hours.

Seems like a good way to kill the afternoon while waiting for cocktail hour......

Since I started to work out again, I hate missing a day. When I'm sick, I hate it even more.

Which is why I take time to work out every day when I'm healthy. Never know when I might not be.

Girly man.

6 mile ruck-run this AM, before sun-up.  

Free weights and yoga after that.  Yes I said Yoga.

Out at my secret desert shooting spot before 8 am, humping steel targets back and forth.  400 rds 9mm.  400 rds 5.56.  200 rds 12ga.

Didn't feel like going to the gym yesterday evening after work, so I did elevated pushups off the arm of the couch.


Dogs looked at me like I had lost my fuckin' mind.
