Okay, Grasshopper -
I used to be shy about approaching women, and here is what I found out. Just talk to her. Start by saying "Hi" (with a smile, but don't leer), and tell her your name (but not Citabria7GCBC). It is okay to tell her that you are nervous - that will help break the ice and provide some indication that you aren't just a common jerk. If it appears to be going okay so far, it is okay to tell her that you find her very attractive. Don't BS her with some nonsense line. If the heat in the building kicks on, get the heck out of there and look for a womanz elsewhere - You know why? Because if she says "No", you aren't going to die. |

I think the most important thing to remember is just be yourself. It is okay to be nervous (some womenz think it is cute.) Just be honest with her and ask her out.

Girls hate me because of my acne problem, I can only get dates with fate chicks. But thats better that being a virgin. I hate fat chicks, its like we have an understanding that we ares social outcasts and thats our bond. Wow, what a thing to have in common. Good luck, I live near Houston. If she has a fat friend maybe we can double date.

If she says something about having a boyfriend don't let that stop you, just tell her that you would like to take her out to dinner and that it wouldn't be a date then. Be persistant without acting like you're desperate and 90% of the time it will work. It also helps if you dress nice all of the time. |

dude, zitface, what's with your self esteem problem? So you got an acne problem, big deal. Don't sell yourself short, your lack of confidence is probably more of a turnoff than your face. You have to have confidence in yourself. If you act like you have no chance with them, then they'll believe it. Plus, I do believe they have medication for acne. Have you tried Acutane? I hear it's pretty effective against acne.

As a former waitress for years, hear me out. Don't get disgusted if she says no, or blows you off. On the average a waitress gets asked out at least once each shift. It gets to be insulting. Try and find out what she likes to do and see if you can catch up with her there without it being planned. Good luck!

They bring your food and you tip them afterwards, that's all I've ever seen. You seem to have a pattern of getting hit on a lot, perhaps you should get your sweat chemically analyzed for excessive phermones. |

Looks from your post, you have a date! When closer in age, can be more aggressive about moving things along, courting-wise. Me, I'm sloooooow. Agree with Glock-Chic about waitresses getting hit on. Have been around to hear some pretty sorry lines or exchanges, from guys with wagging tongues and/or drool on their chins. Sad, but hope they tip well for the waitresses' "community service." Yours truly would have taken many (several to dozens) of visits, slowly escalating chit-chat, until she seemed interested. In my experience, asking them without them being interested, seems to catch them off guard, or cause them to lump you with the above-mentioned losers. YMMV |
