What's wrong with the old White Zombie stuff? It's good, heavy, zombie-laden rock 'n roll.  His solo stuff is too electronic for my tastes. I also hate drum machines. |

very few people/bands can maintain good music once success has set in. all the fame, money, and pampering takes away the drive and life that the artist draws on to create the music.
White Zombie was about playing Hard-Core metal for themselves and the fans. Rob Zombie has become about getting 15 minutes of radio airtime and making quick money. and it shows. |

I doubt he'll make the Rock Hall Of Fame...That being said I have "More Human Than Human" and "Dragula" on a mix CD..I'm pretty sure my 40 year old ass will be bouncing in my driver's seat (along with my back window) to it sometime today.

Yes, it does suck balls. It's like he took his previous records, steeped them in a pot of hot water, and decated off the thin broth that resulted.

American Witch is a good single off of it though.
Rammstein's new CD Rosenrot absoultely rocks though. You have to hear the song "Te Quiero Puta". Germans singing in spanish. Killer. |
