What portion of pork is the most delicious?

On whole roasted pigs, the top of the neck and the muscles on the head are pretty tasty.
Otherwise, it's hard to beat bacon, loin and tenderloin. |

Pork jowl. Which is actually similar to, but tastier than bacon.

Any part..... From the rooter to the tooter. But my favorite, by far is a nice thick slab of St Louis cut ribs.

Gratons and the parts made into boudin, liver etc. bacon is ok too I guess.

I refer it to my customerS as the Swiss army knife of the pig. It does alot of things really damn well. ETA. Honestly I love just about everything made of pig |
