On whole roasted pigs, the top of the neck and the muscles on the head are pretty tasty.

Otherwise, it's hard to beat bacon, loin and tenderloin.

Pork jowl. Which is actually similar to, but tastier than bacon.

Any part..... From the rooter to the tooter. But my favorite, by far is a nice thick slab of St Louis cut ribs.

If I had to pick one part all the time itd be the rib end of the loin.    From the blade up to the 7th rib.  I refer it to my customerS as the Swiss army knife of the pig. It does alot of things really damn well.

ETA.  Honestly I love just about everything made of pig

So freaking true.   I just had a flashback to Christmas/New Years 1991/92.  I was 12 and in the mountains of Puerto Rico.  Someone handed me a tail of a spit roasted pig and it was the most delicious thing I ever had.
