Check with your local state laws, as the issue varies. Some states (like mine) "tolerate" private ownership, while others do not. If yours does, you'll need to get CLEO sign-off & submit fingerprints, etc. The only way to avoid this is to start a corporation and make "it" the owner of the suppressor in lieu of yourself. It was your first post. Suppressors can get you into ATF trouble. ATF isn't known for playing fair. Do the math. Nothing personal, but sheesh!
