I went to every "outdoor/survival" store within 100 miles of my house. I ended up finding them by accident at an ACE hardware store 4 blocks from my house. Check the grill/bbq section. Guy looked at me kinda funny when I asked for all they had in the back.

Try also your local camping/ army-navy surplus. I usually find them at gun shows

Wal-mart hometown grocery usually has them around here, but the regular stores don't.

Why, are you going to pack them into empty CO2 cartridges??

Just don't leave them where mice can get them; they like to take them back inside the wall, and when they start chewing on them, they sometimes ignite.
