I recently had my dog's tail cropped and he is currently wearing an e collar. My wife noticed this morning that his right ear is standing even after she removed the e collar.
Is this normal? I'm going to do my best to keep the collar off of him, but he always trying to go for his tail. Here's a picture:

Keep close attention to the muscles in the head/jaw.
My male Rott had tetanus, and the head muscles being tense was what tipped me off. The vet had never seen a case in a dog before. Caught it in time and he is fine. |
