not sure yet,
\necromancer is the only one i know of but she was a troll and had it coming anyway.

As for how many locks to a ban, i don't think anyone really knows. Mcuzi had 10+, imbroglio had at least 7 or 8.

This act is on par or worse than what happened on 9/11. The targeting of children by terrorists is not a surprise. Terrorist have a goal, to disrupt our thought process and instill fear so that we cannot live our normal lives without thinking of them. They rule through ruthless and cowardly acts hell bent on disrupting the world.

When we attacked Afghanistan and Iraq, nations fought themselves to get out of the middle of it, they wanted nothing to do with things because they saw what Terror was capable of and hoped that by isolating themselves they would not become victims. Our president and few others took the opposite stance, "we will hunt terrorists" down and remove them from existence. This is what the WORLD must do as a united front. We MUST act and not sit idle while these people are allowed to do what they do. We now sit in the middle of an election year with the potential of elevating a man who would act like the French and German's and bow down to these people and do nothing.

Now is a time of action, more so than when we faced our enemies on 9/11. Here we have another nation in trouble and a clear indication of where the root of evil lies. My hope is that President Bush will come to the aid of the Russian people, not only with our support, but with our troops. I want to see a commitment by the US to aid them in the extermination of those responsible and every single entity with whom they have had support from. This is also a time for the Russians to change their stance and send troops to Afghanistan and Iraq to help rid the world of terror. Other nations must follow suit and see that they are all sitting by WAITING TO BECOME VICTIMS!!!

Personally and on behalf of the site, I feel that we need to target these people and everyone in contact with them. Supporters, hosts, and even those who would protect or profit from these people's assets. Swiss bank account holding their accounts? Freeze them or stand next to them, because GUILTY is GUILTY!!! We have no need to take the gloves off because they haven't been on for quite some time, it's just time to bring the next batch of assholes into the ring with us.

Now I have to say a few things about the site and why we can't lose our cool. Genocide is not the answer, it's not an acceptable discussion, and it's not right. Is it coincidence that these terrorists were muslins? No. BUT, we can't blame an entire religion for the actions of extremists. Every religion has fought wars on the belief they were doing god's work, so do we target each one for being evil? Now I'm not saying that you can't think this, I'm just asking that you don't post in here what could amount to threats against our own people. I have friends who are Muslim who are enlisting over these actions. Is this the kind of person you would lump in with the terrorists? A religion is not to blame here, it's those who would twist it to justify their cause.

I realize this is an emotion time and that anger HAS to be placed somewhere, but we need to focus that anger on the parties responsible, not an entire nation or religion. Let's hope America goes to the aid of Russia with troops, money, and support. Let's hope the rest of the world wakes up and joins the fight against terror. Let's hope they are smart enough to know they have cells in their own countries to break up while they send troops to hunt down the training camps and countries who would shelter these people. This is a time to focus the anger and hatred against those who committed this act and those who trained and supported them. It's time to continue the fight we started and expand the reaches of it. It's time to send our troops to help stop the bombings in Israel, to help stop the terror in Russia, and to every single country where a terrorist has the balls to show themselves.

These enemies do not have a single country to name as an enemy what they have in common is a religion which they are corrupting to suit their needs. Let's focus on that and focus our hate and anger on the Muslim Extremists and not Muslims. That simple distinction will make what you say be heard, and not removed from the site. Please just remain calm enough to see that we're all emotional right now and saying the wrong things is not the way to go.

We'll work to resolve issues with individuals tomorrow and clean up this mess, but for now please just be careful in how things are worded. I have no problem with the anger or threats on those responsible. Let it out of your system, talk about what's on your mind, share your thoughts with the rest of us, just do so with what I ask here in mind.

No I didn't. I got out of here early in the spat and haven't been here long this morning. I understand though that we live in a democracy, but, this is a site, and it has rules, the main rule is those that own the site be callin the tune. I have no problem at all with that.

People just get typing along and it is like sittin around bsing. Except here the whole world is at the table listening to the bs, we can't afford as a group to give the wrong impression even if it feels right.

We have been persecuted enough ( gun owners) without bringing more down on ourselves.

Hope the mail man gets the check there and it has my handle on it so it should be in order.

Sweep locked another account also, not someone I was familiar-Mike is correct on his assessment of my reasoning behind locking "Necromancer."

I don't think we've ever set a number on how many times you can get locked. We kicked Jim_Dandy out many times and always let him back because he PROMISED to be good next time and inevitably he was not-but he often had something worthwhile to contribute and (I was told) was a very nice guy in person so we sort of bent over backwards to try to work with him.

On the other hand someone like that idiot who registered last week to just post a pyramid scheme link, I just locked that with no intent of even discussing the matter with him.

Edit-Probably takes 5 days for your check to get to here, then Goatboy does the membership upgrades in batches. Since he posted at 4am last night I doubt he's going to make it to the post office this morning before it closes at noon

so I would guess you might be looking at next weekend to get your team membership turned on.

Not sure where you got that out of what he posted, I've never seen Juan unlocked an account that someone else locked-we have certainly unlocked people in the past once they were willing to agree to behave in the future, at least the first time. In fact I think Sweep posted "locked for now" or words to that affect-now if you follow up a lock with an e-mail to the staff member about how he can go you know what his mother, I can tell you from experience that you won't be back.

Juan's a nice guy and handles people pretty smoothly, Ed's the one that leaves bruises, though fortunately with his bum knee he can't catch me at the moment
