I can't get the brake calipers off!  I took of the tire, took out the two caliper bolts, and now the caliper just wiggles back and forth, but will not come off.  Any ideas?

Are you sure you took off the bolts that attach the caliber to the bracket, and not the bolts that attach the bracket to the strut/hub?  It's been about a year since I did the brakes on my mom's Grand Am but I'm pretty sure that's how they're set up.....

Stick a screwdriver in between the caliper piston and the pad and collapse the piston some. Also, as stated above, make sure you took off the caliper bolts, not the caliper bracket bolts.

Collapse the caliper piston as far as it will go. If you don't you'll be screwed when you try to put the caliper back onto the disc. Make sure you don't let the resevoir overflow and drip onto any painted surfaces. Also, it's possible that you only took out the bolts and the sleeves are still in the holes.
