i just orderd a bunch of ammo from him and would like to know how long it will take to get here. sportsmans guide has both items out of stock, so i was thinking maby he was too, but not sure.

Eric is usually very prompt........ When you get the email.....just check it out online.(track) Or you can call him......I get him on the phone and he is very helpfull every time. Axeldawg

i knew you guys always like to buy stuff frim him so i decided to try him out myself, but i didnt have enough in the debit account so i chose the pay by check method. just wasn't sure if this would slow it down or not..

Yes go look outside he might have quickly drove by and dropped it off already! Really he is that fast, I don't know where in NY you are but I am in Westchester and everytime I have had my ammo next day!

He's great unless there's a problem. Then he'll tell you to call Terry at the warehouse at (856) 753-250 because that's where they keep their records. Then Terry will tell you to call Eric. Repeat until frustrated.z

Thanks guys, I want to tell you all a funny story. I shipped ammo to a guy out west one day. 3 months later i get a call asking where his ammo is.I said "christ" we shipped that 3 months ago.Why haven't you called sooner? Well, he says, we are kind of laid back out here and i didn't wanna rush you.I said sir, that's not laid back, that's comatose.I tracked the package and it said UPS left it on his rear doorstep (3 months ago) He said, let me go check, we have had a bunch of snow lately. Guess what he dug out of a snow bank after 3 months. Yep, the ammo i sent. Funniest delivery story i have yet. Eric the ammoman

thats funny... [:)] i can guarantee that wont happen here. if nothing else it wont stay out in the open that long b4 someone steals it. will the check thing delay it?? just wondering b/c the ca$h is in the account if you would like to do the debit card..

Zoom is almost correct. The warehouse is open until 2pm.All the shipping is done from the warehouse.I provide an office number at my home from 2pm until 10pm so you can still get a hold of me.If you call and want a tracking number or information about a shipped package after hours while i am at home, i cannot get it for you.I will ask you to call the warehouse the next day so we can look it up.That's where it ends.Terry is better than me at this stuff unless you don't want shipping info. and have a question regarding the ammo.In that case i would have answered your question the night before. Repeat until frustrated is a bald faced lie. Ask anyone about my service and attitude on the phone. If you had a problem and brought it to my attention before making up nonsense i would probably have offered you something for free to make you happy.That's the lengths i will go to. Once I was online ordering some ammo from Eric, but had to get up for a second to answer the door. Lo and behold, it was the deliveryman with my ammo that I hadn't even ordered yet! Now that is customer service!

Personal attacks on customers is not the way to win new customers. I e-mailed you more than once, called several times, and I've mentioned the problem here on ar15.com twice before (that I remember). I still don't have the ammo that was ordered on September 25. You did reply twice at a pretty late hour with a from address of discountammo1@home.com. It seems you're working long hours, so I'll give you some slack. I understand what that's like. But the simple fact of the matter is, not once have I heard from you, or anyone else working there, what happened to the order. It was 500 rounds of Lake City M-193 made in 2000 and 500 rounds of RSA 308 made in 1984. It's order #5520 placed at (quoted directly from the confirmation e-mail) "09/25/2001 21:38:09 Eastern Daylight Time."

I've gotten great service from ammoman.com too. I've ordered on two seperate occasions. I ordered online, got a email with a tracking # the same day, and had the ammo on like the third day, (only one full day between ordering and receiving) both times I ordered. Couldn't believe it. And $99 (last time I checked/ordered anyway) for the 1000 rnd case of Wolf 7.62x39 or 9mm delivered is pretty good anyway... Rock on, all my future ammo purhcases are coming to ammoman. Other people I've tried to order from jacked me around for like 3 or 4 days before telling me they were out of stock, pissed me off... And then they didn't want to ship Adult Sig Required anyway, just had for some stupid reason to have me go outta my way to fax crap to them, pissed me off again...

uh, its been more than a week, and i havn't recived the tracking # yet. is it because i used an inet check? or is something wrong??

had a problem with the wrong keys being pushed ONCE, sent e-mail, rec'd e-mail, reordered and it went out rfn. all other times i've ordered, no problem. i'd go A+ on service.

hehehehe. Have to put my $0.02 in here.... Have to say I've had the best experience ordering from ammoman. The price, of course, was about as good as it can get....but the service. Not only did I get one of the quickest turn around times (hand delivered 1000 rounds Federal 9mm in under 10 minutes), but I received the friendliest welcome a new customer could ask for. Where else can you buy ammo, get offered root beer, and shoot the breeze with quality folk? See, there are SOME benefits to living in Jersey! I can tell you this, I'm definitely a repeat customer. Now if only my car would stop sucking up my ammo money. Cursed cracked rim!

Eric the Ammoman is great! I just got 500rds of American Eagle 50gr 223G for my dad's varmint gun & a box of Federal Gold Medal Match 190gr 300WinMag for $143 delivered in about 5 days. Service is friendly & quick. I've ordered from him about 4-5 times now.

My ammo from Ammoman always takes a week to arrive, which to me is good service. Ammoman, when is the Green Tip slated to arrive?
