He killed himself so that won't be happening.

All because they couldn't shut their dogs up. Dude finally snapped, and everybody lost.

Way back, when I had an apartment a downstairs neighbor had some ankle biter that barked CONSTANTLY when they were gone... They often were out of town overnight.

I'm not saying I agree, but I can understand.

Okay, I misread the headline... I thought he just shot four dogs. Yeah, that's a bit excessive.

That's an idiotic and gross over-simplification.

Hey, I'm just sayin'. Not saying it was justified, just saying it happened, as evidenced by the news story.

Years ago, I saw a dude keep kicking the leg of a chair in front of him. After a few minutes, the dude sitting on the chair stood up, turned around, and hit the other guy over the head with the folding chair. Wasn't quite like pro-rasslin. Again, a stupid game and everybody lost.

I always said that someday someone would get tired of a barking dog and go postal. Lo and behold it happened. it was a perfect storm so to speak.

Does not take much to make someone go over the edge if they are close to it already. I can see a constant barking dog doing that.

Would forwarding this article to a couple of neighbors be considered a threat?

Edit: No, I would never condone such an action, but I do sympathize with a guy having to deal with neighbors who's dogs won't shut the fuck up.

According to GD, shotguns are only effective versus pharmacists and other fowl.

She didn't care. That stuff takes an amazing hold on some people. It's sad. You don't have to be a rotten person to get addicted, but it will turn you into one.

Especially with 4 yapping dogs.

I wonder how much peace and quiet he enjoyed before the cops arrived.

ETA..........then he turned the shotgun on himself to quiet the yapping dogs he had inside his head.

You'd think that his ex-wife, being a behavioral nurse and having lived with the guy for 20 years, would have ratted him out for having a shotgun and being mentally unstable.

She knew right away, without ever hearing a name mentioned on the news, that it was him and that he was dead.

I'm sure that the Moore family could have used that info like ummm..last week?

You would be surprised at the number of pharmacist that have lost thier license. And have been on probation. State works with them to re-establish thier good standing and eventually thier license to practice pharmacy.

Personally had to deal with several that basically worked as interns and only as interns until State approved them to practice on thier own.
At least in GA and FLA.

Yep. When caught, agreeing to voluntarily enter a recovery program usually means license reinstatement if they finish it. It's more common than people realize. Usually takes repeated incidents or an unwillingness to cooperate that gets a license revoked.

If you read the article you would find that:

1) The guy had mental health issues

2) He would not seek treatment.

3) A lot of people saw this coming and did nothing.

Sounds like a common thread in a lot of mass shootings.
