i just learned of it anyone used it ? does it really work that well that fast ? how easy is it to go from couch commando to the rock ?

I haven't used P90x but I've done Insanity, another beach body workout set.  Amazing and the hardest workouts I've ever done.  My buddy has P90x and I'm going to borrow it, I've heard nothing but good for those who have to will to stick it out.

Good. My wife is doing it also, which is the main reason I started.



I'm nearly 50, and I decided that I'd go ahead and get ripped again, and try to carry it as far into the future as I can. I don't want to be one of those guys who looks like an old man at 50.



I also do Aikido 4 or 5 times a week depending upon my schedule, and the classes seem a bit easier. I'm definitely building a little bulk, and flexibility is improving a bit.

Lost 30lbs on my first 90 Days. Built a good bit of muscle too.

I ate better than I did. Not great but I just watched my calories. Oh and I never drank my calories outside of recovery drinks, creatine and protein shakes.



It was all water and black coffee. Lots of chicken, fish, egg whites and vegtables. Very little red meat and no pasta, potatos, or bread.
