At a hearing Friday, Magistrate David E. Wilson authorized the destruction of two 22-ounce jars of the highly volatile and dangerous nitroglycerine. Defense lawyers wanted to test the material but the judge ordered its disposal, citing safety concerns.

ok...clue me in 'cause i'm in the dark regarding nitrogycerine...

if the stuff is being destroyed without being tested, is there any way of knowing 'what' the fluid really is?

is this the guy that was already convicted? why the 1999 article being posted now?

i don't get it???

Hold on. Update to follow. There was a traffic stop yesterday and they caught some with flashlights converted to detonaters.
